Awful communication, rude sales people, incapable of explaining the requirements, their pricing structure looks like fraud, they charge the equivalent of 130euros for 1 sleeve sample (it's a basic piece of paper) and once you manage to speak to the manager he shows 0 understanding for client's need. There are so many printing companies out there who provide better service and price that it's beyond me why would anyone use their service..ever!

The worst experience of customer service by the Print Arabia. I asked for the timeline when the business cards can be ready and approximate timing of delivery - they cannot provide you with that. Even more, they will not apologies that they can't provide you with this information, but even will compare themselves to Amazon or Aramex - delivery companies, but not someone who is doing service for you. On the call - interrupting, not friendly tone at all and trying to prove that he is right - named Saad, which is the manager there. Never to be recommended!
