Digital / Offset Press Operators
Someone who can manage break fix and scheduled maintenance for the Offset / Digital Printer in Jabel Ali, Dubai. This is a full time opportunity for a suitable candidate. Print Arabia is looking for someone who is interested in helping grow our print business and have some fun along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for all aspects of the print process, including: Production, Quality & Maintenance by checking printed sheets for correct back up, good registration and any marks appearing on sheets and taking the relevant steps to eradicate any quality issues.
  • Manage workflow effectively to ensure delivery deadlines are met at all times.
  • Create batch tags and daily run list. Isolate and produce delivery slip as soon as its available on print server.
  • Carry out all break fix and schedule all routine maintenance with press team.
  • Communicate effectively with department supervisors, tech support and other associates;
  • Follow established process to ensure that products are produced and shipped to quality standards within promised times;
  • Make sure the pressroom and paper room are kept in good order. Responsible for cleanliness of area, including disposing of paper wrappings into bins provided, neat disposal of empty ink cans, chemicals and consumable packaging and sweeping the floor regularly.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of consumables. Use the online ordering system to replenish supplies.
  • To undertake basic DTP tasks including interrogation and manipulation of files
  • Work closely with all members of the team to ensure a steady production flow happens in order to optimise production;
  • Maintain safety and standards;
  • Timely execution of assigned tasks to ensure we are running at optimum output.

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Jabel Ali, Dubai.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Process and produce products as requested and/or directed
  • Operate proficiently and within the safety guidelines the designated machinery for current role which includes Laminators, Guillotine Cutters, Folder, Book Binders, Die-cut press and Round Corner Cutters.
  • Produce work in accordance with LEAN manufacturing principles
  • Upon machine jams, contact a supervisor immediately to have a employee clear and reset the machine

We are seeking an experienced Pro / Accountant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organisations / authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two.
  • Provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licences to the company and its group , adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices.
  • Respond effectively to the demands of the Businesses, employees and their families to assist them on all government related services.
Key Results/ Accountabilities:
  • Responsible to administer the following towards Employee and Dependants liaising with local UAE govt ministries
    1. Obtain new employment visas / work permits for all expatriate employees.
    2. Monitor and renew employee residence permits.
    3. Obtain new residence visas for dependants of employees.
    4. Facilitate renewal of residence visas for dependants.
    5. Facilitate obtaining and renewal of Expatriates passports for employees and dependants.
    6. Facilitate and follow-up cancellation of visas for employees and dependants.
    7. Facilitate complex medical / police procedures on event of death of any employee or next to kin.
  • Responsible to administer the following towards business facilitation on day-to-day basis:
    1. Liaise with embassies / foreign diplomatic missions to enable business visits
    2. Liaise with UAE Immigration dept. in obtaining business entry visas for global business visitors.
  • Administer company and joint venture companies’ licenses and tax remittances with various UAE govt. authorities viz., Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Finance & Industries etc.

Budgeting, Reporting and Cash flows:
  • Gathering supporting data for annual budgeting.

  • Review of project payments data received from payable accountant on monthly basis for cash flows.

VAT Compliance:
  • Providing accounting and clerical support to ensure that financial transactions are in compliance and of the VAT regulations.
  • Preparation, validation and submission of monthly and quarterly VAT returns for the UAE entities
  • Handle VAT reporting (payables and receivables). Ensure collections and payments are done in line with UAE regulations
  • Prepare and manage all documents in line with VAT regulations and other related activities
  • Maintain controls by adhering to the accounting department’s policies and procedures and ensure Tax practices are in compliance with UAE financial reporting statutes, standards and financial reporting best practices
  • Conduct day-to-day transactional processing and reporting on taxation. This includes the accurate posting of all tax related entries
  • Researching, analyzing and interpreting changing tax legislation in both inside UAE and in GCC.
  • Working with tax laws in UAE and update the changes to the management.
  • Compile, verify, and analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and accounting statements so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making financial decisions. These reports may include monthly VAT liabilities, VAT returns, regulatory reports and filings
  • Coordinate projects involving internal and external audits to ensure that they have appropriate access to information and people within the organization
Requirements (Educational Background):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ CA, CMA / ACCA).
  • 3-6 years of experience within the financial accounting.
  • 3 years’ experience with a proven successful track in a similar position. (Printing preferred).
  • Experience within a tax environment is an advantage.
  • Top 10 audit firms experience is an advantage.
  • Understanding of UAE VAT laws, VAT registration and implementation (Practical experience),

Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns for the UAE markets
  • Weekly evaluation of campaigns and setting up reports all channels, product categories and our website
  • Close teamwork and planning with other teams such as product management, channels, PR, analytics, pricing
  • Monitoring of competition and of customer feedback from social media and market research
  • Support in continuous development and implementation of the marketing strategy
  • You’ll find a more efficient way of spotting areas of growth in our PPC campaigns. Where can we increase our bids, and which keywords haven’t we considered? You’ll look for optimisation opportunities using Google Search Ads and Google Analytics, and advise on pages which may not be optimised for campaigns or unhappy paths for our customers.
  • You’ll build out an enhanced framework for our retargeting audiences strategy. How can we incorporate more customer data, or improve on the behavioural data that we already have to better target our customers? You’ll have to work across Google Analytics, Supermetrics, and Tableau to better identify customer groupings. 
Your Qualifications:
  • Exposure to or experience with a marketing channel, preferably PPC or email. You should be able to demonstrate how your recommendations have led to impact.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Ads/Adwords, Tableau and Google Data Studio (Google Tag Manager and SQL are a plus). You are a digital analyst who loves marketing, or a marketing/customer analyst who loves digital.
  • Completed studies in business administration or business informatics with focus on marketing, eCommerce or a comparable qualification
