I have had such a great experience. Zaira took my pictures I wanted to be printed on mugs and guided me through the process, being clear on the quality and format of the files needed. Sent continuous mock ups with videos of the printed product before confirmation. There was an issue with one of the photos and it was fixed by the team before final printing. Delivery was also prompt. Such great service - thank you!
